Houseboat Reservation Policy
Reservations may be made by phone or letter and will be confirmed upon receipt
of the reservation deposit within 7 days.  The balance of the rental charge and the
security deposit must be paid in advance of sailing.  Your deposit reserves the
boat for a 24-hour period and no longer.  This is a very seasonal business with
little walk-in trade and necessitates a very firm cancellation policy.
Deposits are refundable ONLY if we are able
to re-rent for the entire reserved period!
If we re-rent, your deposit will be refunded (less a $50 handling charge),
so be sure to notify us even if cancellation is on short notice.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE IN EVENT OF EARLY TERMINATION OF CRUISE.
*SPECIAL OFFER: 1/2 of the gasoline used in the Mariner, Ultra, or Executive, will be paid for by Wisdom Dock up to the first 200 gallons used and pumped at the Wisdom Dock Only. The W.E.B houseboat is not included in this offer.

*$75 security deposit required on PONTOON BOAT RENTALS, plus gas and 6% sales tax.



Houseboat Check In/Check Out Policy
NOTICE:  ALL TIMES ARE CENTRAL TIME.
Boarding may begin at 3:00 pm or when ALL boats are clean and ready.
Please plan your arrival for the 2-3:00 pm time period to avoid a long wait!
Arriving early, however, will not get you on the boat sooner!
Houseboat rentals officially begin at 5:00 pm and all boats MUST be loaded and
out of the harbor by 6:00 pm, unless other arrangements are made in advance
(otherwise, there may be an extra charge).
Houseboats must be returned and UNLOADED, READY FOR
CHECK-OUT by|10:00 am on the last day of your cruise.
A late fee of $75 per hour WILL BE ENFORCED!
DO NOT RETURN BEFORE 8:00 am on the morning of your departure.
If you return your boat a day early, it must be at the dock BEFORE 5:00 pm.



Pet Policy
Sorry, NO PETS in or near lakeside cabins, 30' pontoons, or houseboats.
Failure to abide with this policy will result in termination of rental.



Additional Information
 

	We DO PROVIDE:	We also have for YOUR CONVENIENCE:
	Bed linen and all required safety equipment on all boats.	A restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. A complete ship's store. A supply of necessities you may have forgotten. Gasoline Ice Propane Bait and tackle Fishing Licenses (Kentucky and Tennessee)
We DO NOT PROVIDE:
	Life jackets for swimming, gasoline, ice, towels, washcloths.
	Things to Bring:
	Flashlight, lantern, first-aid kit, cards, games, beverages (dry county), camera, fishing gear, towels, washcloths.
